Bags To Go

This place was so convenient after I found out that the airport no longer offers luggage storage. My boyfriend and I had flew into Vegas a little earlier than our friends and needed a place to put our luggage while we killed some time. We were in and out! When we came back to get our bags, Jenn was so helpful and gave us some great recommendations outside of the strip to visit during our time in Vegas. Aside from the price $10/bag vs $6/day formally at the airport, we were well taken care of.

Great option, fantastic friendly customer service. We just wish they had longer hours options for those who have later flights. They close at 4:30 so we had to go back for our bags. However, I'm sure with an increase in popularity they will be able to extend their hours. Highly recommend.

I definitely do not recommend. There was nobody at the office at 1pm on 12/30/2018. I've called their number, but they were not able to tell me when this person will be back. For such kind of service one would expect much better reliability. Next time I will use a luggage storage in a hotel . If anyone wants to compete with them I suggest having a pickup/delivery to the airport and/or popular hotels in the city.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Very fast service. Simple, Fast, and Easy couldn’t ask for anything better.

Awesome service, flew into town last minute thru connecting flight, was able to go to expo and not have to worry about luggage, safe and secure, highly recommend...

Closed during business hours. No one answering phone. No sign on door explaining why they're closed. I can't believe an airport would partner up with these incompetents.

Stored our 4 bags there for about 3 hours to go to the gun range before our flight back home after EDC 2016. Super nice lady! Reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

The staff is very nice and has compassion for the customers. The staff will go above and beyond to help at all times. I would recommend their services to all family and friends visiting Vegas.
