Perfect atmosphere, dim and comfortable. The seating was cozy, felt like I was nestled on a big, comfy couch. The service was surprisingly fast for how busy they were; we went around dinner time on a Friday. It seemed like they had a lot of people waiting for to-go / pick-up orders, and the customers there to sit and eat were served quicker. The staff were all friendly. And the food! I ordered the Mas-sa-mun curry. So unbelievably creamy and tasty. I'm a huge fan of this curry. Great experience, will definitely come here again!

I am reviewing the Redmond location only. They have several locations. I am a regular at this location. I eat here too frequently to review a single visit. So this is a comprehensive review. The food here is really good. Probably some of the best Thai food in King County. The portions may be slightly smaller than other Thai restaurants. But, the entree sizes commiserate with the quality and the price. They are always packed at lunch and dinner. So, if you do not like to wait, I would not recommend visiting this location during peak times. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They have 2 happy hours ever day(see web site for hours). Happy hour is only available in the bar and offers discounted drinks and discounted appetizers. They just got a new G.M. about 10 days ago. PLEASE, don't change a thing.

I've been coming here since they opened in Redmond. Must say it's become my favorite... Panang curry has great body & flavor, crispy garlic chicken, yum! They'll even make garlic squid the crispy/chewy way if you ask. Service is top notch. It can get very busy with 45 minute + waits, but worth it...

Bai Tong was amazing! The food is delicious and the service is great. They serve many curries besides the typical three you see at every Thai restaurant. I had classic green curry which was spiced the way I like my food. We had a large group and someone came late to the table. All the food came out at the same time despite their late order and service was fast. They tend to be extremely busy around lunch time, but Mary (shout out for being so wonderful) was helpful in fitting our group in to the schedule. Recommend calling at least a few days in advance for a big group.

VIBES. This place has tons of low key chill vibes. You can tell it’s a bustling busy place because they are in demand, but I don’t mind waiting because the place is well decorated and “vibed” out. The food is good and authentic! I love their noodles and more “street” menu offerings. Their trout salad is TO DIE FOR. The people are attentive. Drinks are super creative and never to sweet.
