I have been looking for an ebike and found just what I wanted here, a Magnum Pathfinder. I could test ride it and they will service it if I run into issues. It was a great price and super friendly customer service. Don't miss out on these bikes for summer fun! Thanks for all the help while in the store yesterday.
We needed a heavy lifter, not a shiny sticker. She wasn't a beaut but for the price and time krunch we were in, these guys came thru and helped us even on the weekend! Great prices!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU !!! Thank you to the incredibly fast and generous response of Bailey's Tool Rental for saving the life of our beloved family cat ! Without your professional and caring response the situation would have ended much differently for our 9 year old daughter. Her cat Dash had climbed a tree, unable to get down. He was spotted by our neighbors who couldn't believe how high he had climbed, well beyond the reach of any ladder or branch big enough to hold the weight of a person. It was early evening, getting dark with temperatures expected to be below freezing overnight. Our neighbors called 911, the fire department and friends who owned heavy equipment. My wife called local tree service companies. Nothing worked. Businesses closed for the day. Our daughter wanted desperately to climb the tree and save her cats life. His cries could be heard and he needed help. My daughter was very emotional and called me sobbing in despair, having to watch her beloved pet slowly freeze or fall to his death. My wife stood an all night vigil, slowly the cats cries faded. At first light, my wife spotted Dash again, his legs were hanging and he was not moving. I told her a bucket lift/boom truck is the only way to reach Dash and to call tool rental companies as soon as they open. She called two and when she explained the situation and that cost wasn't an issue they were unmoved, unwilling or both. Then, she called Bailey's Tool Rental. Superheroes who wear carhartt !! She was speaking to Jim at their front counter who asked a few questions. He reassured her and said he would call back with a plan. He called backed and said a lift and operator would be there in 30 minutes and there would be no cost.. and to stay hopeful. Who does that ??!!!! My wife broke down in tears with joy and immense appreciation for their phenomenal generosity and compassion. Quickly the operator, Olin, arrived on scene and with the swift and fluid movements of a seasoned professional moved the lift into position. Olin maneuvered the bucket through branches and, with my wife in the bucket, brought the bucket within an arms length of Dash, 50 feet above ground. My wife scooped Dash who was weak and cold having spent 18 hours in the tree...but he was alive. After several hours in warm blankets and with the TLC of my daughter he recovered and is doing well.. We can't thank Bailey's enough for bringing the situation to a happy ending. God Bless all of you !!
If I could give 0 stars i would. Cheap rentals only one good customer service person. The rest seemed like they oathed their existence.
I rented their Vermeer 7" wood chipper and it worked awesome. The staff took the time to thoroughly walk thru and started the equipment at pick-up. The gentlemen working return super friendly and helpful. I've rented a Bandit from another company in town, however this one it x10 better. I'll be back.
Brought my Stihl MS251 chainsaw to their shop. Devin attempted to troubleshoot on the spot and identified the problem for me and put it on the repair list. Even with a heavy backlog, the guys had my saw back to me in a week, fully repaired for a very reasonable price. Great service, thank you.
I’ve rented several pieces of equipment over the years from these guys everything has worked great. I always go here to get my chainsaw blades sharpened and they’re usually ready the next day.
Terrible customer service. I rented a log splitter for 3 days. The entire hitch assembly fell apart. I repaired it with my own hardware and returned the splitter. The tech checking the splitter in, flooded the engine while attempting to start it. He claimed it was my fault for leaving the fuel on I never had a problem starting it over 3 days of transporting it with the fuel on. They would not refund my deposit until they changed the spark plug and verified that the engine would run. I explained that I repaired their faulty splitter at cost and time to myself. This did not matter to them. I went out and got the engine started. They refunded my deposit.
I hear their commercials on the radio constantly and they go on about their gteat service, discounts for vets to be more specific as I found out, only includes active duty military, no discounts for vets. I took my truck to them when I broke the axle this winter and found the owner Keith to be less than pleasant to deal with. I will not recommend this place for anyone to take their truck or car to regardless of their radio commercial boast of years of experience, or how long they been around, due to the customer service I received when dealing with the owner as to getting a quoat for what needed to be done to fix my truck; which I given him the exact information parts and repairs needed, which I received from the dealership; but, I removed the amounts of the dearships quote from the description report the dealership and a body shop had given me. After dealing with the owner over the phone 4 a while, I realize that he was getting upset and trying to get out of me what I had got for quotes from other places like the Toyota dealership service department along with a local body shop. He was getting upset that I wouldn't give him the prices for the repairs that others had given me for fixing my truck. Which defeats the purpose of getting quotes to comparr to see who was going to give me best deal to get my truck fixed.
These guys were super helpful on setting me up with the right Stihl saw to run a small chain saw mill on my cabin property. Like much of Southcentral Alaska, I'm losing spruce trees to beetles and wanted to be able to harvest the timber. They suggested the Stihl 391 for power and longevity and really appreciate the training and advice I received. The saw is performing beautifully. Service has been excellent.
