Baillio's Appliances, Electronics and Mattress store

Our sales person Andy Weston was great. He went so out of his way to provide us with the service that was needed. He pulled all the strings to make sure we could get the refrigerator we wanted immediately and get it delivered on the spot since ours was on its last leg. The delivery guys, what can I say, Jonathan & Steven were the most courteous people I have ever met. They had the job of setting up the refrigerator quickly with such a friendly attitude. The entire experience was one that I would certainly return to Baillio's to do again.

Our salesman was Johnny. He did a terrific job and we felt very comfortable with him. The atmosphere of the store was clean and cozy. My husband and I didn't feel pressured or bothered like they sometimes do at other appliance places. Johnny took good care of us, thank you Johnny! We have always gone to Baillio's and I would recommend the store to anyone wanting or needing appliances of some sort. Great staff and great service! !

I went all over town looking for a new mattress and was not finding what I wanted for the price I wanted. I struggle with neck, back & hip issues so my cousin told me to go to Baillio's. While there I had the privilege of meeting Boyd and Dustin. Not only were they extremely friendly but knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like I was dealing with someone that just wanted to make a sale. I left very happy and confident with our purchase. I will definitely come back to Baillio's because of Boyd. As well as refer others. So grateful for the pleasant experience!

We went into the store on a Sunday afternoon to get a washer and dryer. We worked with Andy to narrow down the best choice for our family. Andy is very knowledgeable about the different brands and machines, and wasn't pushy like the sales people in other stores. While placing our order, Andy was able to get us a great deal on the machines we wanted and we were able to get them delivered the following Tuesday. The install guys were awesome and all seemed well except the water seemed to be hooked up to the wrong temperature. So when I ran a cold wash, the clothes were actually putting off enough heat to fog up my glasses. They sent out Scott, a Delivery Manager, to fix the issue, but then other issues emerged with the washing machine. Andy and the team at Baillio's worked with us and our plumber to come up with a solution and we had a new machine delivered on the following Saturday. Both washer and dryer are now working with no issues and laundry is quick and easy. We opted to get Electrolux machines and are not disappointed. Although the whole process was pretty frustrating and we couldn't do laundry for a week, we are pleased with the end result and hopefully all will remain smooth going forward.

Pretty good for homeowners and speciality appliances. Nice entertainment areas set up. Expensive, high end appliances. Many sales reps on the showroom waiting to pull credit reports and finance the purchases. Kind of pricey just need to make sure the investment is worthy of the costs. They deliver the items so that is also a benefit.
