Story

In August 1990, Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill opened its first Mexican restaurant featuring all-fresh, traditional fire-grilled favorites. Like many who grew up on fast food, we realized that it was time for something else, something different and something FRESH. Baja Fresh continues to be passionate about serving the freshest and highest-quality Mexican food in our bright, clean restaurants. We believe in the benefits of eating well, being active and making a contribution to the communities we serve. We call this philosophy "Live Fresh" and you'll find this attitude in everything we do.We choose handmade and farm fresh ingredients for our Mexican food, not tin-canned. I go regularly to bring takeout home to the family. I joined their rewards program so frequently get an additional$10 off my order. Because of that I can keep my cost down to less than $10 a person. I have several favorites on the menu so I can go once a week without tiring of it. I feel good about the quality.
Gosh dang it, this has gotta be the best burrito chain in town. So delicious and consistent! Just had their Fuego Impossible burrito last week and now I'm fighting myself not to come up with excuses to be in the Lancaster area around lunch time.
Haven't been so delighted since the corporate overlords decided for us, that Corvallis doesn't deserve the pepper bar wonderness... Ah, it's good to be back home... So... Very... Far away... From... Home.
Normally great service and the Manager on day shift does a great job but the Sunday night crew seemed to be more interested in each other then getting orders out the door. Cook yelling from back to cashier to stop taking orders. Seem like young kids but very unprofessional and unorganized.
We ate indoors and it was refreshing. Our food was outstanding and the staff was very accommodating to our choices.
The best. That's all I can say is just the BEST!!
Love this place. One of my favorite places to eat, the food is tasty and fresh. The staffing crew is friendly and the restaurant is always clean.
Custer service is lacking at night big time. Out of most of what we wanted at 630 pm. Asked to order a beer and was told no employees were old enough to sell yet there was a 30 plus year old manager there not doing anything. 2 kids on one register assuming doing training. Food was cold and sub par. Will not be going back.
