Bake City Bagels

Been going to Big City Bagels for over 30 years. Since the pandemic they cut down on the different varieties of bagels. But what they have is absolutely delicious. The way Bagels supposed to be made. I also love there coffee. The people behind the count are very polite and attentive.

I love their bagels but I wish the everything bagel had less salt because it was extremely salty so I go with the plain bagel.

Just paid 8 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and ham… so unheard of. Not getting my business again

Get there early for the "everything" flagels. Neighborhood gem that still makes the old timey dense and chewy bagels and not the wonderbread version sold everywhere else. I hope these guys stay a Brooklyn secret so we can avoid the hype lines that plague the downtown bagel shops.

I search for flagels everywhere I go and always swore I would get to this spot one and today I finally did!!! One of the best flagels i have ever had! Got so lucky last sesame flagel around 11 on holiday Monday but plenty of other flagel flavors and bagel flavors. Not gonna lie the ambeance threw me off a little I was expecting a cheap deli style bagel from the look of the outside of the shop but was VERY pleasantly surprised! Amazing bagels, good hash brown, sadly didn't order a coffee but next time for sure!! Cream cheese was pretty good and they didn't over do it like most places.. the gentleman made both things I got perfectly!!! Looking forward to returning when in the area.. I would have taken 1/2 a dozen home if they had any sesame flagels left cause they were so delicious!!! Nice crunchy outside with slightly softer inside.. great flavor to the bagel.

Honestly the best bagels I've ever had. Been going here for about a year now and I have to say, once I tried it, I've never wanted to go anywhere else. Really fresh. Overall fantastic place.

My absolute favorite bagel spot in the entire city, which means it’s my favorite in the entire world. Great, freshly made, bagels at a great price. Friendly staff that are up when you’re up.

Unfortunately only one star because I never got to try them. Came at 10-30 am and everything was sold out. I don’t understand when would an owner keep the BAGEL store open if he is unable to keep bagels any kind in stock! Ridiculous
