Balanced Pilates

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Anna and her team of highly trained instructors really know what they are doing. The studio is clean and the staff is super friendly. I love the vibe and I LOVE the classes. I used to pay hundreds of dollars on a gym membership until I found this place. It’s worth every penny. My body has completely transformed since starting pilates at Balanced. I feel stronger than I ever have!! Highly recommend.

I love this studio!! Their facilities are always clean- aesthetically and literally - which I feel is inviting and allows me to focus on my session. More importantly, their instructors are knowledgeable and invested; tailoring their classes to individual needs.

Spotless and chic boutique Pilates studio in Harlem, with other locations in Bronx and the LES. Have taken a handful of classes here and everyone is super nice and the instructors know their stuff. Do your Pilates here and nowhere else!
