The entire experience from the moment I met Derek at his Balani Showroom I was impressed. This was my first time having a custom suit made so I didn’t know what to expect. Derek showed me many fabrics and options to help guide me through the designing process. It was very interesting watching him work from measuring me to explaining the entire process. After a couple weeks he called me to let me know my new custom Balani suit had arrived. Derek drove to home for my final fitting, and it fit perfect like a glove to my body. My biggest surprise was no additional alterations were needed not one! Now that have my custom Balani suit I want more! From the measurement to the final fitting as well as the quality I’m now a custom life fan! Thanks Derek for creating my favorite suit I’ve ever owned! I’ll be calling you for several more!
I wear suits 5 days/week and have wore custom suits from various clothiers for more than a decade. Shortly after I was referred to Derek at Balani Clothiers he met with me at my home to introduce himself and the "Balani experience". I was impressed with the commitment to service and the high quality fabrics and was comfortable ordering multiple suits and shirts during our initial meeting. Following my order, Derek provided me with regular updates re the status of my order. Additionally, he was willing to deliver the suits to my home enabling me to comfortably try on the shirts and suits, ensuring a proper fit. The fit and fabric are exceptional and I'd highly recommend Derek and Balani to any individual seeking a high quality product with excellent service!
