I like the brand but the staff here are extremely rude. They are the rudest staff I've ever met in these luxurious brands. Can't imagine why Balenciaga would hire people like that.

Everything amazing! Except the rude staff! its like they're forced to attend you! Not expected from a store like BALENCIAGA at all.
