Ball Homes

Basically no customer service here, my dishwasher stopped working after our second time using, we called customer service, they said called to builder, and builder said no responsibility to the dishwasher. They even refused to call the dishwasher company. They refused to listen to me. And when we move in, we need the mail Box key, builder said let us go to USPS to get it, after fourth time drive to USPS, we finally figured out keys was keep in builders side. They told us to call spectrum for internal service, after one month waiting, they said it should be another internet company. No professional here. They only want the money, no quality, no customer service here

I love the homes they build! The layout and designs are amazing! I'm believing God to bless us with a model from Ball Homes that my husband and I love. Go to their website and you just might find your new forever dream home!!!! Ball homes I pray you can help us!

I do love where we live owned by ball homes. It's a beautiful area. I will say, if you like a lenient landlord, I would recommend the area. They will work with you on certain things, but they also are strict about lease violations. The community I live in townhomes has new management. They are nicer then previous management. Live here if you are a rule follower.
