I have been seeing Dr Ken for years! And he is LITERALLY like family. No matter what time, he always fits me into his schedule even if I get there a few mins late! He is so caring and gentle and he gets me RIGHT! He is the best! Definitely the BEST chiropractor in North Carolina!

I have known Dr. Ken Bauer and Dr. Steven Bauer for over 25 years. Steve is my primary physician and Ken is my Chiropractor. Even thought i may not get to see Steve every time, all of the PAs in his office are outstanding. If you suffer from back or neck pain his brother Ken is the Dr to see. Every single time i have contacted Dr Ken Bauer, he has gone out of his way to work me in. Dr Ken Bauer is not like all the other Chiropractors out there who spend less than 5 minutes with you. He listens to his patients concerns and administrators care according to your needs. I recently Visited Dr Ken Bauer this past week for Neck and back pain. After spending 30-45 minutes in his office i felt almost 100% back to normal. I would highly recommend this practice

I am consistently blown away by Ballantyne Medical Associates. Whether I'm at the office of Dr. Steven Bauer or at the walk-in clinic seeing his brother, Dr. Ken Bauer, this practice is head and shoulders above the rest. It's really not even a competition. There are plenty of companies in the hospitality industry that could learn from their service and commitment to excellence, let alone another medical practice. I would recommend the brothers Bauer to any and everyone I encounter.

Multiple visits and each time they are very friendly and fast to get me in. All PAs but that's the game with most walk-ins. Ken Bauer is also here for chiropractor appointments, cold laser therapy is the bomb for any back issues.

I went here after hours because I started bleeding while pregnant ... the visit was fine; however, when I received a bill from them, my insurance denied the claim and requested that they resubmit after the birth of our child as part of their global maternity policy. The woman I was speaking to from BMA laughed and said “ok, well if this happens to you again, please don’t come here since we aren’t getting paid.” I was in complete shock! What if I had lost the baby? This is an urgent care practice that asked me not to use them in an urgent/after hour situation. I could not believe that a medical facility could be this insensitive to a pregnant woman concerned about a possible miscarriage. And, I was the one that proactively called them to try to help them get paid through my insurance for this visit. Blown away and hope you all find a more empathetic place to go for urgent care ...

Try to avoid this practice at all cost. No follow-ups, no calls back when needed, labs results never shared. Had to call 3 times in one day in order to touch base with the Dr/PA, that requested me to call back if needed, and no one even bother in returning a call back, ended up going to the UC, and they took really good care of myself.

Gina and the staff are amazing, Gina’s knowledge and care for her patients is absolutely apparent within the first moments of meeting her. Absolutely a wonderful experience and would highly recommend her to friends and trust her with family as well!

This was my first visit with Dr. K. Bauer, what a great experience, Dr. K, was personable prompt courteous and professional and prayerfully this pain I'm experiencing will be quickly remedied, looking forward to my next visit and being pain free.

Deserves negative as do all these. All PA's only. I went there very sick ...they can't or wont prescribe anything that works or might flag them on some list. 2 weeks with a cold, cough, and ear ache and it is only getting worse. Might as wait the 3 weeks to see family doctor or go to emergency room where there is real medical care. If you have a splinter go here...anything more get real help
