I don’t like to get caught up in big names or locations, cause anywhere and anyplace can do mediocre work. And that’s what happened to me. Based on reviews I tried this place...I came to get a fill-in and a gel polish color back in July. I don’t know if it was bad timing extremely crowed or the workers had some conflict amongst each or a combo of both, but the atmosphere wasn’t right. 1- My technician minimally talked/asked my opinion.. 2- I felt rushed due to others were waiting to be serviced.. 3- The price for the work “she did” NO! . I voiced my opinion which she just rubbed off basically and since they were closing I saved my receipt and called first thing in morning. I spoke with one of the owners and explained which she said come by and see, but her demeanor and response as if I was lying blew me. Once she seen my nails, she “must of remembered” and another nail tech redone. Needless to say I have not returned nor do I recommend. Others may find ongoing exceptional experiences but being a previous business owner you only get 1 first impression. Word of mouth will make or break you. Below is pics from July 29, 2017 before fixing Just late posting‍
Honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had twice the massage AMAZING THEY ARE THE BEST Treat yourself
Three stars because I feel that's a happy balance between what pleased and displeased me. I did not like the eyebrow service, enjoyed the pedicure service. I've been here twice now and have been very pleased with my pedicure. One was a gift, one I paid for. They will automatically provide you with the $35 pedicure service which includes paraffin wax and a glass of wine or bottle of water. I'm not sure if there is a cheaper option. I think the pedicure is great - you get to soaked your feet in the jetted tub while being massaged by the seat. Then your nails are trimmed, feet scrubbed, waxed and nails painted. One caution, tell the lady how short you want your nails BEFORE she starts trimming. She cut a few short then ask "you want short right?"... Like I have a choice at this point. I did not like my eyebrow service and will not get them done here again. I asked the lady to "clean them up" and they pretty much looked the same as they did before I walked in - I had to do an actual "clean" when I got home. IN ADDITION, my eyebrow area was itching/peeling for days afterward. I have never experienced this with any eyebrow wax.
My fiance surprised My Mother in Law and I with Manicures and Pedicures for Mothers Day. And let me just say, we had an awful experience. The nail techs were not friendly at all. They didn't say 2 words to us. Our hands and feet look like a 2yr old painted them. When I asked if the Techs could fix they stated "Honey let your nails dry they will be fine". And by far did they come out fine. She took her finger wiped the polish off my toes and painted over it causes my polish to be uneven and rigged. Polish began to chip the next day. And lets not forget to mention that I asked them to not cut my nails down. But they did anyway and cut them to my skin. In all $100, was spent for service less than mediocre. I will NOT be returning nor recommend them to anyone. I think we deserve some type of reimbursement or free service. This is not how I envisioned my 1st Mothers Day.
I have never been more pleased with a nail salon! They take their time and price is great. I get a gel mani/ and regular pedicure every time for $65. They use stuff that smells delightful and the massage is actually a massage not a few touches and then done. I have found my nail salon and I don't even mind the 45min drive just for great service! I recommend this salon to everyone who asks.
The spa was fine. i wish they had the plastic bag for the foot bowl but it was clean. My issue is the pedicure costs the customary $35 but you don't get much of anything for his price. It's the first pedicure I've gotten in my life hat I didn't even get a massage.... she did an ok job on the polish but I won't be back.
Paid an awful a lot for the quality I received..was not worth. Very fast service and lack of detail and attention to the nails. After my lady finished, she messed my nail polish job on my pinky toe because they weren't dry yet and when I asked her to fix it, she looked at it and said it was okay. Too bad I'm going to a wedding this weekend with a sloppy nail job. And I paid 54 dollars for the toes and an eyebrow wax that wasn't that great either. I am bummed and will not return to this salon.
I went on a Sunday to get my toes and my son’s toes done. The lady doing my sons pedi was extremely adversarial when I requested that he not get the wax parrafin. She said that she could see if he was 12 or 13 but since he was not, she thought that I was trying to baby him by not allowing him to get paraffin wax. This place has everyone dipping their feet in the same foot bath and I did not want him exposed to it. The lady doing his feet reacted extremely negative from that point on because she had a problem with what I wanted to do with the money I was spending and with my son’s skin. She was rude as was the lady who was working on me. She actually mentioned that she had an 18 son and when she made decisions like that he would tell her to stop babying him. These ladies have no idea what kind of parent I am. They were just comfortable enough at work to mistreat a customer based on their perception of my request. I felt like I had to argue with her and eventually she ended up doing his wax on his feet. There was a client who came in before me requesting that she not get the scrub, lotion or other things and there weren't any questions asked. They should have simply honored the request without an issue. But they did not. The lady doing my pedi was so distracted and talk to the other lady in their native language that she did a very bad job on my feetsee attached photo After going to my regular nail spot and getting her opinion i decided to come back and the ladies were so rude and argumentative about my color that i chose when i asked them to redo. When I first got my toes done the lady offered a color and i did not pick it out. When i arrived the lady told me to pick out the color and she arguued why I was getting them done again. 3 different people came up to me tell that i had picked out the wrong color. These ladies are extremely adversarial and rude. If you are in a bind on a Sunday cool but they have certain clients they treat well and others they simply do not. Go elsewhere. They have the worst attitudes ever! I will never come back.
