This is without doubt the best barbershop I have ever been to in North America the guys here are awesome and the cut is out of this world if you're in Las Vegas there is no other barbershop you should visit PERIOD not only do these guys have incredible skills cutting both hair and beards they offer fantastic conversation. Awesome barber shop tucked away in a basketball arena. Derek gave me a sharp fade and a top beard touch-up. Walls are studded with pictures of him with famous customers. Highly recommend if you need to freshen up your cut while in Vegas.

I am a guy who cut my own hair for 12 years- for me coming here took a lot of faith and trust, but I am glad I did! I wanted to finally change up my hair style after just buzzing it the same for years- I trusted Derek with the work. To say I'm glad I did is an understatement. Derek got me in a fade that gets a generous amount of compliments and people asking where I go. A fade like he gives is not easy, and takes detail and care. I booked an appointment at this location about a week in advanced because I was going to be in Las Vegas for two days for a work event. I wanted to have a fresh haircut before my presentation Friday morning, so I booked a 9am appt. I showed up to the barbershop early Still Closed, waited for about 10 minutes, then realized the barber cancelled my appt. If you can’t fulfill early appts, the block them off. I was really counting on this and was let down. Won’t be back.

Derrick is a guaranteed barber are the other barbers there. It's a treat that it's located inside the Tarkanian Basketball Academy as it provides a added caveat to the shop. The service is wonderful and recommend to any coming or looking for a more than decent cut not too far off the strip.

I really can't review this place because they never opened. Although we had an appointment nobody showed up. So the one star is a formality. We may try them again but for now, I'm good.

I feel lucky I ended up in Spoaty's chair. In addition to great barbering he is a wealth of information about the North Vegas community and has many other talents and interests. If I am back and need a cut I will look him up!
