Vanessa of "Balloons to Go" did a fabulous job on my daughter's engagement party. I was in charge of doing the decorations for the NYC party , though I lived in Texas. I had interviewed several other balloon companies and found them not accommodating. The problem being, I knew exactly what I wanted. If she didn't have the balloons in stock, she let me order them and send it to her. Prior to the event, she made a special trip to check out the space since I had never been there. She went over and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. She was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Vanessa!

I had to plan a large holiday party and hit a bump in the road at the very end close to day of event. I called Balloons To Go on a Saturday to see if I can have them deliver a variety of balloon decorations at the very last minute. Vanessa who was my main POC exchanged calls/emails with me to help me get everything settled and locked into place for the party to turn out beautifully. Even with their busy schedule and my last minute request, Vanessa was super understanding and willing to help out! You can tell she's been doing this for many years and truly enjoys giving people the balloon decor they want. Amazing and professional service . I ordered them for my 5 years old daughter and with the help from this company we filled out the room with pink and silver balloons . My little princess just loved it and it really made her day. We got a lot of beautiful pictures with these gorgeous balloons. I’m so happy customer and I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism from Baloons to go.

The customer service I received from Jeff and Shaya was terrific. They not only helped me take the 100 balloons I ordered to the venue, they helped me set them out and curl the balloon strings. They are bright, friendly, hands on, courteous and easy to work with. You guys ROCK!!!! I will definitely recommend Balloons to Go to my friends, coworkers and anyone looking to make their event special

I was on the Phone with Beverly and she was amazing and so helpful! I had to order balloons for a work event and wasn't sure what colors they had in stock and she went above and beyond helping me see all of the colors that they have in stock.

I had to get decorations together for my son’s Halloween-Day of the Dead wedding rehearsal dinner in NYC from Alabama. Kitty and Vanessa were so helpful and provided selections online so that I could decide on the colors and groupings for the event setting and the color scheme for the wedding. The balloons they arranged and delivered to our Dinner at Spitzers’ were so beautiful. They provided the perfect background for the silly table decorations we made with liquor bottles, black toile, and Mexican Lotería place cards. Ballons to go provided 48-hour inflation but We didn’t have a way to transport the bunches of balloons to the wedding venue but local guests happily carried them home. Balloons To Go made all the difference!!!

I went into the Balloons to Go store, on 8-9-18 to grab a few balloons. I called earlier to find out if I could put a small note in one of the balloons, I was told yes. When I arrived, there were 3 women there, having a conversation and didn’t fully acknowledge me until I said hello. Then when I asked for the balloons, the woman blowing them up, asked what was the occasion, I said every year I let go of balloons in honor of my aunt who passed away 8 years ago. We usually go by the water and let them go. She immediately assumed that I wasn’t going to remove the ribbons before hand and gave me a mini lecture about the ribbons being taken off and choking the fish. Glad she has such passion for the fish but her approach was weird and I didn’t appreciate it, which I’m sure she may have grasped by my reaction, although I was still polite. It was just a little bit of a weird vibe being in the actual store, maybe they’re better over the phone and with bigger requests. I gave the 3 stars solely because it was a weird vibe and them not acknowledging me when I arrived. Besides that, I’m sure they do great work for bigger events.

I had a very pleasant experience with balloons to go. They delivered my balloons on time. Everyone in the party loved them. I would definitely do business with them again
