Ballston Therapeutic Massage

I wanted to give just one start but I am giving two stars because our massages were great, however, the customer service was not. My friend and I went to this facility while on vacation on May 12, 2018. It is May 16, 2018 and I have a charge from the facility AGAIN. This is quite scary because I am back home in another state so I’m not sure why I’m being charged again. I contacted my bank who advised to contact the merchant first. So I called the facility and the receptionist refused to give me her name and was very rude. She asked for a screenshot of my bank statements, which I did provide. She advised me to wait a few days because it was clearly something wrong with my bank. I kindly explained to her I went to several merchants on vacation and their facility was the only facility to charge me twice. She just said “ I know that’s weird but call us back in a week and if it’s still there we will give a refund.” I called my bank back and got the credit, however, will never go here again due to their lack of customer service.

I had no waiting time and they gave me an incredible massage. He spent a lot of time and detail on the upper back/shoulders. He was really meticulous, professional, and thorough.

I was very sore and I'm a big, 225-pound guy with a few injuries here and there. They did top-notch work at a reasonable price. I actually did a couples massage with my sweetheart and she enjoyed it as well.

They do actual ashiatsu (back walking) and Yo-Yo was wonderful and great at doing deep tissue massage. They have the bar hanging from the ceiling for the maseusse to hang on to while they walk on your back. One best massages I've ever had. I will definitely return if I'm in the area.
