Tried to go last weekend. This sno-park is closed indefinitely.
This park was really great! All you need is a $5 parking permit. Kids had a blast and I will definitely be returning!
Beautiful power lake. Nice short walk in and out.

Fishing, hiking, bird watching, relaxing, lake is beautiful for being man made, its used for hydro electric, water pumped to shaver lake during the day, pump back up at night

Perfect clearing for sledding. The kids and i loved it. Were debating between shaver or sequoias for a snow day. Shaver is an easier drive
Wonderful little turn off.
Awesome place. Took the kids here to play in the snow and it was beautiful. Big open spaces and many areas to ride the sled down.
