They have problems understanding the customer even after showing sample pictures and describing the type of haircut. You show them the pictures, you clarify, they say ok understood - and finally what you get is totally different than what you asked for. Despite appreciating their past haircuts the barber is arrogant enough to say " we have had you in the past and have had problems with your haircut". Simply annoying, plus they ask only for CASH.Service: Haircut

I showed "Nick" a picture of the style of cut i wanted and he said okay. About midway through the cut i noticed something i didn't like and pointed it out. His response was "well maybe you should go somewhere else". I got that maybe he wasn't familiar with cutting my style of hair but that response was rude and unprofessional. Do not get a haircut with Nick, worst haircut I've ever had including when I cut my own hair during the pandemic. He was too lazy to cur my hair the way I wanted, because I "have too much hair". I decided to let him do it his way, but that was a terrible decision. Now I'm seeing other comments very similar to this one...

Stopped in for the first time today after a different barbershop seriously botched my haircut. How Kyle was able to repair it is amazing - will definitely be back!

In these days of the pandemic, haircuts by appt. only, chairs wiped down with disinfectant in between customers, only two people allowed in, the barber and the customer, both wearing masks the entire time. Excellent, precision haircut, no wait, done in 20 minutes. Barber Kyle Lam very talented at what he does and very personable. I've been going to him regularly for 14 years now! Highly recommend!

Decent barbershop! I had an easy haircut, so I cannot really comment on their skills. But they were friendly enough, quite fast, and fairly priced $18 for a simple cut. I just did not see my barber change the blade!! But did not cut or anything. Will be back!

It was not my first time there, but this time after Thankgiving day was almost empty y Kyle took care of my haircut. It was excellent! As a new resident in Baltimore I am very pleased.

They don’t know how to cut Black people’s hair. Luckily, everything came out even. I’ll give them 3 stars for effort. But it’s a little dehumanizing and annoying when a barber struggles to figure out what tools to use to cut your hair out of shear ignorance. The barber I had pulled out every tool he could think of to try to cut my hair… never in my life and in the middle of Baltimore City ?!? You would’ve thought I walked into a barber in the middle of Minnesota

2nd time getting my 18 month old sons' haircut here, I love this Barbershop. The guys are great with him and they're super nice.... I'll always go back....
