Absolutely perfect there. Specialists in every field I asked about, amazing service, an excellent quality and selection. Its one of the few places on earth where you can just go and try something out and walkout with nothing more than knowledge, or you can walk out with a purchase. No judgment, just service.
Baltimore Brass is the best. The people who work here are amazing and really go out of their way to help you. They will definitely take care of you here. We are relatively local, but I would drive a serious distance to come here.

Needed our trumpet repaired asap. Very friendly and fast service since it was a minor repair. Will definitely be going back for future repairs and cleaning. Highly recommend.
Drove hours to get here and was well worth the drive! The staff was great and very knowledgeable, had an answer to every question that was asked. Stayed for 3 hours and felt welcome to stay even longer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a brass instrument.
