Banana King

So disappointed!!! Order food from this location this is what I got, Spent $60 for a uncooked hamburgers , steak sandwich, hard fries and nasty shakes, never again getting food from this place

Banana king is always solid. Consistent food with other BK chains. Friendly staff. Only 4 stars for atmosphere only because the bathrooms need a good cleaning and servicing. Otherwise yummy!Food: 5/5

I have gone there numerous times this place has female employee that does NOT SPEAK English. I DO NOT understand why keep putting this person at the register. I have ordered multiple times and received wrong orders. MANAGER is NEVER @the establishment. Always have the non-English spoken ONLY speaks Columbian. When you speaks to her she doesn't answer back as if she understood what you are ordering. She gives you another customers order instead of your order. You spend money to buy what you want to eat but this Banana KingDOES NOT CARE for the customers. If they are there for the customers these kind of situations would not occur and take hard working honest Americans money. I see the poor reviews that this location received and God only knows how they are still in business. Their beef empanada is "NOT BEEF" actual beef it is "MINCED" NOT GROUNDED i"MINCED" so who knows what is actually inside in the "supposedly what they call "beef" empqnqdq. Health department and Better Business Bureau should investigate this location. BANANA KING, Newark Ave, Jersey City.

Worst place to go to on lunch break, staff is slow, too slow, especially when the place is so empty compared to any other Banana King. Do not prepare orders as taken. Ticket times off, 15 mins for a shake with only 3 ppl in the place You can order online and you food still isn’t ready. Manager lady always seems to be doing inventory on during 11-11:30 when my class take break. Place is a one man show.

Why would you assume it’s ok to just throw bacon all over the two sandwiches I ordered? Not everyone eats pork, thanks for wasting my time and money.

Really bad customer service. The cashier was trying to resolve, but the chef’s answer was “its gonna take a while to cook your food you have to wait and your money cant be reimbursed”.Very disappointed with the staff and their customer service. The owner should have a better responsive staff. Also no AC we wanted to dine in, but it was impossible.

The food is meh, prices are expensive for the quality of product they serve. I ordered a chicken sandwhich which doesn't even appear to be real chicken, instead it's some questionable sliced thin meat. The staff is equally off, they can really use a refresher on customer service and possibly a raise because they all look miserable and give you attitude when you ask for utensils or condiments. You'll wait atleast 30-45 min for your order so come in comfy and ready to wait.

I placed a pick up order online. I get to this location and they never received it. I asked how I could get a refund for my online purchase and the employee wasn't able to help me. I had to reorder so I double paid. I understand being short staff yet I don't understand being charged twice. I tried to request help by logging into banana King and I was referred back to the store. I have both of my reciept can someone please help with a refund for the food we never received?

I'm shocked people still go here. I haven't went in over a year because they consistently mess my food up.
