Nice and clean place, friendly management and reasonable rates. They went all out with modeling these rooms for soundproofing. Secure parking lot and cameras in hallways.

Management keeps this place clean, safe, and professional. Plenty of parking. Plenty of security. Very reasonable prices compared to the competition too. Highly recommend and I've rented music studios across H-Town for many years.

Awesome place to rehearse. Would highly recommend using this place for your band. I played for three hours with my band, Left On Lockwood and the sound was perfect.

Great place for bands to rehearse! Very professional, the rooms are clean, spacious and perfect for playing and practicing no matter what style your music. A huge shout-out to Currin for his awesome organization and help in scheduling and booking our space. We've found a new location!

A safe environment with professional staff in a secluded central location

Houston has need a facility like this for a long time, and man did these guys deliver. Great environment, staff, and management. Do yourself and your band a favor and rent rehearsal space here.
