The service is amazing. The team explained in detail how to take care of and clean my baby's ears, and they followed up with a phone call. I loved the way they treated my fur baby she loves taking pictures

The nurses and front desk workers here are amazing. They are so great with my dog. They always follow up on how my dog is going, they have clear and consistent communication in preparation for the appointments and the curbside pick up is convenient. It’s easy to spot and there is plenty of parking. The premises are clean and most important they do all they can to make my dog feel comfortable as he gets quite worried about visiting the vet.

Took my dog for his wellness exam and shots which I pay monthly for. Since I was going out of town I made an appointment at the Meyer Park location instead of the West Loop location we usually go to because it was closer for my husband. When he got there they told him he didn't have any appointment but would fit him in. While gone the Dr. Who saw him called & left a message she wanted to discuss our dog's lab work. I called & the receptionist said she wasn't there & wouldn't be there for awhile. I asked to speak to the Dr. On call she was doing surgery All day but would have the Dr. Call me on Saturday. Well no one did so I called late this afternoon and they put me on hold for 10 minutes only to tell me the Dr. left for the day at 5:30 and they close at 6pm. I told them I am concerned about My Dog and want someone to Call tomorrow afternoon noon because I am very angry!

“Dr.” Grana is absolutely the worse vet there is! Both of my dogs have been coming to Banfield since they were 3 months old and I have never ever had any issues with this place. They usually see Dr. Lu but for some reason these last two visits have been with her. I got a call from her last week telling me that one of my dogs had behavior issues and there was medication they would need to give in order to see him next time. This was definitely not normal but I continued to listen and followed the instructions for the next visit. Fast forward to the next appointment. I dropped my boy off and not even 20 minutes later I got a call asking to come back to assist with putting a cone on him. I rushed back and entered the exam room. My babies eyes were blood shot red and he had a huge scratch that was red above his left eye. I asked the girl what happened and she said she was going to get the doctor. In comes Dr. Witch herself. Her tone, her condescending demeanor and her attitude quickly followed behind her as well. She was rude from the very minute she entered the door. Now I could understand why my baby was so afraid to look at her. I was already holding my boy and he sensed really calm until she told me to put him on the exam table. He had that stupid come on so he couldn’t see me which was causing him to move a lot. Everytime she opened her mouth he was visibly shaking and wouldn’t sit still. This clearly wasn’t working so I told her let’s end this and we can come back and see Dr. Lu. I must have struck a nerve because she slammed down her papers and said no one would ever see him With behavior issues like his. I replied that she was clearly the issue since we’ve never had any problems. She continued to give me a run down of her credentials which I interrupted and told her we didn’t need…all I need is someone who is nice to my dog and that clearly wasn’t her. Certain Banfield locations have a bad rep in Houston as a whole but I will never ever send my dogs back to this one. Dr. Grana is rude and racist, I will not even speak to the smart comments she made as she looked me up and down before I left the room. But I will be showing the pictures as well as reporting everything to my lawyer, corporate and every social media site there is. She doesn’t need to work with animals with her nasty high horse attitude!

I love taking my dogs to Banfield, the staff is really friendly and helpful and their patience is out of this world with all the animals. I will definitely continue to taking my dogs here. They are healthy dogs thanks to Banfield Pet Hospital.

I took my dog in for a physical and to get micro chipped they wouldn’t let me go in there so I guess the dog had to tell them everything and they didn’t do anything because she still has diarrhea not impressed

I love my Banfield. Everyone that works there is awesome, and my dog's doctor is Dr. Wilburn. She is absolutely amazing takes her time with your pet and if you leave a message to will call you back as soon as possible. I highly recommend them

If your babies are healthy & just need a regular check, you could go there. Otherwise don’t go. They have limited knowledge/experiences in special cases, I did my own research and “teach” the vet the diagnostic test that she’s even not aware of. Though vets there seem friendly and nice.

I love this Banfield Myerpark location. I won't take my pets anywhere else. Dr. King is the best. She really cares about her fur patients and takes good care of them. I highly recommend bringing your pet here for care.
