We love it here. My baby was so calm they took care of my baby boy. Normally he trying to fight people who touches him but not with them he was so calm and relax. I love the work they explained everything perfectly.

Took our animals to this clinic to get checked out and updated on shots. They wouldn’t let me use my coupon that was emailed to me. The tech tried to pressure me in to a health plan which I declined. They never solved the issue I brought my dog in for. It actually got worse with the meds they gave her. Someone did call to do a check up on my dog and when I informed the lady that my dogs condition got worse and not better she said okay well call back if it continues to get worse. Worse place to take your animals. Staff was rude, you can’t be with your animals and they really don’t care the outcome of your pet. No don’t go here.

They treated my dog with a lot of love during his shots. They are more affordable than our regular vet, but they don't keep the exam rooms tidy. My dog does not have long hair but because they are not on top of sweeping out the exam rooms, my clothes were covered in all kinds of animals hair. I also didn't rate it high because the phone in the office kept ringing....& ringing and no one at the front desk would answer it. I will go back, but it's not a concierge type of experience.

Very caring staff and veterinarians. My sweet girl Carly loves Banfield. She loves her vets. I would not take her anywhere else. Banfield has a great wellness program for your fur babies, very affordable and well worth it. The staff and vets are Amazing. They always call the next day to check up on my Carly after her visits there. And I love it! I am so happy I started taking Carly there. I have never regretted it. I highly recommend Banfield for your pets health care needs. They are Amazing!

DO NOT GET A PLAN IN FACT I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE USE BANFIELD IN GENERAL. IF YOUR PET DIES AND YOU OBVIOUSLY WANT TO CANCEL SAID PLAN THEY CHARGE YOU!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS $$$

They was so helpful and concern for a last minute emergency call they was able to slide me in. Upon arriving my pup was very worried and stress. However, the crew welcomed her by name making her feel a little more relaxed. They was quick and knowledgeable of what she was dealing with. The vet had called explaining everything and recommendation for a healthy and speedy recovery. We are one satisfied family!

Dr. Hudson is a great veterinarian. She humbly cares about her furry patients and she will call the owner personally and give her report on your furry baby. I definitely will recommend the Chenal Banfield location.

They took great care of my labs. The doctors were informative and super helpful.

Always have a pleasant experience. I still haven't gotten the DNA test results back for my dog taken over a year ago, but I understand that Banfield has their part it's the company they work with that are in control of the results.

They always take care of my dogs' needs, explaining everything in detail.
