My fave!!!! I love their bubble teas. I haven't tried their food, but I love their drinks. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. Most of their staff members are friendly.

Such amazing sandwiches. I go here 2 or 3 times a month and have never had a bad experience. Their bubble tea is delicious as well as their green waffles. If you love this place as much as I do, they have a stamp card and after 9 sandwiches or bubble teas you get one free!

Absolutely delicious sandwiches and bubble tea. The people are friendly too. Only warning it the sitting area is small so you might not get a seat. Really good prices with sandwiches about 4 to 5 bucks

It's a great little eatery. I've only had 1 negative experience here and they handled it very well once I brought it to the attention of the staff. The #5 rules!

Put in an order online for pick up AT 12 and they refused to make it until then. So my office had to wait an extra 45minutes to have lunch. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I like Tuan though. He’s a nice guy. Everyone else is rude and more worried about themselves.
