I work for a living everyday I have people pay me by check I go to cash a check written on their bank and they want me to sit in line behind a bunch of illegal Mexicans I pay my taxes I'm here legal I am definitely not waiting behind a bunch of illegal Mexicans that need a translator. Their new policy insta verify every check my calling the people that wrote it and you have to wait in line to get that done like I don't have anything better to do then wait in line I got two more jobs I got to go 2. It's just real nice to be treated like a criminal or an ill legal in your own country. So they got the redneck treatment I told him how it was and walked the hell out

Biggest problem is the awful hours. Cant ever get there by 4:00 throughout the week. Im changing to bank with better hours for customers.

The tall male manager wears glasses was very helpful and nice every time i visit. Since he left, now the new management is not good. Only one or two tellers working all the time.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. NEVER ENOUGH TELLERS. THEY OPEN DRIVE THROUGH WHEN THEY WANT TO, CAUSE THE ARE UNDERSTAFFED. OUTDOOR ATMS ALWAYS MESSED UP!!!! HORRIBLE BANKING HOURS. POOR MANAGEMENT. A JOKE!!!!!

I have spent 2 hours calling bank on sw 89th and Western they never answered the phone and then the phone auto hangs up on you. No wonder the ratingins 2.2 I will never be a Bank of America customer
