Horrible service. Consistently long line and only one teller working, two max. Unless you want to wait in line in order to be greeted by a surly employee who talks to other people in the back while ignoring you and then asks you to repeat yourself because s/he wasn't listening, go elsewhere.
This bank is not be in the right place the NTM machine is never has money and you cannot ever can make a deposit either
The worst bank branch i have ever seen. Only 1 employee works here. Dont use this branch of you dont want to get nervous!

Always long line and they only have one person at the window! They always have someone incompetent at the front desk! Why BofA I thought this was supposed to be easy!!! I would post a pic, but they would probably charge me an overdraft fee
Good service. The workers are very polite always greet you with a smile and a good morning. Always ready to help you.
Service is ok but very slow. More branches or ATM’s are also needed in the area Highbridge area and the Bronx in general . Councourse Plaza is not convenient at all.
Everytime I go in there, they are always short of bank tellers. They are naturally slow there.
Ridiculous!!! Tried to call them two days in a row and never got to a representative. I waited yesterday 20 minuts going through the prompts no success and waited 15 minuts also no success. Poor customer service.
