Just today, I went to the teller to get an exchange for a damage bill. It’s only just one person working in the teller. It’s nothing serious but what happen to me today, just made me not want to come back. It’s understandable to refuse to make an exchange for a reason. But don’t start giving people a nasty attitude over something like this. So as I got to the teller, I hand him the damage bill. He looked at me and asked me, “where did you get this?” I told him that, “the store gave me the change.” Then he said, “We don’t do exchange, go back to the store or get out!” With that nasty tone. I never did anything wrong but just hand him the damage bill for an exchange. It’s like he’s accusing me of being suspicious but keep in mind that, I kept my composure. But with that kind of service, I won’t make my next trip back here. Don’t come here.
Waited for more than an hour to have someone assist me, and they were just keep telling me to call the hotline with very bad attitude which I did call the hotline before, otherwise I don’t have to come to the bank and seek help. Decided to close all my BOA accounts, and use other bank in the future.
Very nice and helpful service. The only thing is they need more employees, because everyone is always busy and you have to wait… but it’s worth it
Had one of the best experiences at the bank ever. Professionally managed branch. Special shout out to Mr. Jeffrey, a very nice and very helpful employee. Helped me with my issue in minutes. Thank you! And keep it up!
Not the best BOA branch experience. Takes forever waiting on line to see a teller, with usually only 2 available. The reason I give this branch 2 stars is because the teller informed me that coin rolls cannot be deposited immediately and had to be sent out to be accurately verified before being deposited into my account, which would take days. Because I never experienced or heard of this procedure at any other branch or major bank, I would rather not bank at this location again.
I was at that branch on 3.11.21 , had a great experience with the representative named Gabriella. She was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all she tried to understand the client’s need. I will recommend all my friends to go there whenever opportunity comes up.
The people who work here are actually extremely nice. I had the pleasure of working with Isabelle and Jeffrey, both of whom went above and beyond to help me with my problem of refunding fees. However, they couldn't help me, despite the fact that the overdraft fees were not my fault. B of A has extremely shady business practices and will withhold information to take as much money as they can. So glad I am no longer with them, but if you're stuck with them, this branch has great staff.
Worst BOA I have ever walked into. Have to wait forever to see a teller, while there are several employees standing around. Yesterday, there were 5-6 people waiting on line with one teller. The other teller was busy emptying the garbage cans... I asked for the manager and he told me they were short handed. Happens every time, or they will have three tellers behind the window and only one helping customers. Hands down the worst bank I have ever walked into
Called to ask a question about cashing a check issued by BOA because I needed the cash right away after a car accident to get another car and the rep kept telling me to deposit it into my account without understanding the urgency. While trying to ask another question the rep said "I can't help you over the phone and to have a good day" and hung up the phone on me. Very rude. Also, her English wasn't too great Asian so I'm sure she was frustrated that I couldn't understand her too well. But hanging up the phone on a customer is not acceptable.
worst boa i have ever been to. highly disorganized and while they try to be helpful they are obviously overwhelmed and not knowledgable in how to give customer service much less bank. On a buisness trip the atm took my card and they are unable to resolve anything .
