Thanks to the ladies who assisted me today, great customer service! Everyone has been really friendly, patient and helpful.

First time leaving a review ever because how terrible this bank branch is. If I had more time i'd file this up to corporate. Messed up my wire transfer, terrible scheduling, 1hr+ wait, cannot get anyone on the phone, where do I stop?

Simple counter deposit takes 10 minutes, I don’t think they remember that they are a bank first and investment hawking shop second. Yes, you apologize, I’ve heard it before but nothing changes.

Excellent customer service, extremely helpful. Was attended to by the gentleman in the lobby who was able to assist me with all my needs, which on this day were more than usual. It so happened he was a notary public which was my most pressing necessity on the day I visited this BOA site.

When you make a reservation and still have to wait for a long time. So what’s the point of making that reservation hello?? Very poor appointment system. Does not respect lines helping random customers instead of ones who waited first.

Horrible Location for Bank of America because of Nicole the Branch Manager. I have banked with BoA for years , once I walked in to this location I’ve sensed a bad aura with Nicole having no smile. She judged my appearance and told me she couldn’t service me here. She said I need to dress more appropriately for my business account because I look fake. She is a horrible person to have the branch manager title representing Bank of America. I am moving to Chase.

Understaffed. Went in here to try to close my account, a floater personnel asked if I needed help with a deposit or withdrawal at an ATM. I continued to wait online for 15mins, since I was trying to close my account. Get to the teller, she can’t close my account. Go to the front, one person working out of the four offices, and he’s busy. Floater man tells me he did offer to help and would have pulled me offline if he had known I was trying to close my account. Clearly he’s oblivious to the fact that he specifically asked if I needed help with an ATM. Left to find another branch to try, that actually has employees that can do something working at it. Bank of America, fails spectacularly yet again.

You are more likely to be able to go to florida and back before you get service here. Also can see other people around but they can't help you. Just don't bother at this location

Be sure to allocate 45 minutes minimum when doing business here. Regardless of traffic, there's only one teller: bring snacks.

Poor staff and services. Waited 45 mins after been told you will be served in 5 mins and still nobody came.
