Came in to open an account, and was a meet by Crystal. She was very polite and went above and be own as she answered all my questions and helped me set up the mobile app. Very happy to have join BoA!

What a difference a manager can make. The branch manager stepped in and got another BOFA to issue me a check when I got into a problem with my funds "Pending." Had this manager not stepped up, I would have delayed the closing on my house! I'm a proud and happy home owner, thanks to this branch! I really can't thank you enough!!!!!

Waited a half hour to be told that they can’t help. They are severely understaffed and the tellers could care less.

Most Bank of America tellers that I encounter are not competent on their training. They are also not customer service friend but this place could be better if they did a training on time efficiency. Not impressed nor completely disappointed

The cashier was so rude to me today. I have never seen her before and I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. Truly disappointed in the customer service today and an actual manager sat there and watched and did NOTHING

I usually have to wait 30 minutes to receive a service!!! Staff is nice and the bank manager is extremely polite and professional.

This is the most abominable excuse for a financial institution I have ever encountered. The incompetence is unimaginable. A complete failure of training.
