I came to this establishment and there were 9 customers in line and one teller. The teller was waiting on a commercial customer. There were two other employees in the office and neither of them assisted the one teller. When asked to if someone could assist us we were told that they do not do teller transactions. Not only did that hold up the line the personal from the other came over and used the teller for completeing her transactions which made us wait even longer. I think this is poor customer service.
This branch does not know how to provide a service for the customer. Always emphasizing that the customer satisfaction is top priority. Although I came to the branch at closing time but the bank of america employee just came to the door to let people out and I was asking her for help because I forgot my pin but then she was very quick to say she is closed with a very condescending manner. I tried to explain the situation and she continue to say "we are closed" implying that if they are close, customer is trash and has nothing to do with them.
I think everyone in the bank will treat you with dignity and respect EXCEPT TARRA OR KARRA. She is condescending and has a disgusting personality. When ever I call she want to know everything before the transfer. She is very negative for this bank. Please send her somewhere else.
They had one bank teller, that was there with a customer 20 min. The manager was nice but the guy behind the counter didn’t know what the hell he was doing. Poor training
Queue is always long. Teller takes so long to attend to customers. Inefficient system, process should be much faster.
I am a customer in this Bank. Its atmosphere is very good and the employees are very nice and helpful, specially Mis Noushin Namakshenasan, relationship manager, who is very supportive and well-informed staff.
the bank is not a great secured bankig system i mean the security with firearms dont have firewalls and are not supposed to anyway aND I LOT OF MY MONEY WAS BEING STOLEN MY ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA IN TOWSON MARLYLAND OR WAVERLY
There is a woman who is not respectable and does not know the escalation of any customer enters and expel customers in its way, I do not want to go back to this bank again because he is an employee of such a woman there is no customer service
I go there weekly to deposit for my business, customer serviced has improved a lot.
1 teller in line at 9am. Had to wait 17 mins in line. Not fair to paying customers.
