Bank of America at Cleavelandpark is one of the best local bank I have ever experienced. Thanks to Marela Luciano, Reem Ghazal, Isaih Jones and Zizika Odukwe. They are always helpful and I have a special bond with them all. Doing a good Job. Thank you.

I've been banking with this location for over 5 years now. They are the friendliest bunch. The whole team is incredible from Marela Luciano, Reem Ghazal, Isaih Jones to Zizika Odukwe.

While this location is convenient, the staff are not comfortable with simple transactions. In particular, my experience with Isaiah was disheartening with having to make multiple trips and no successful resolution.

Mrs. Ghazal is my relationship banker. She is very helpful. She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure to I had all the information to make the right decision. What’s more, everyone I met here is friendly. A good team! Thank you very much!

Institutions are but brick and mortar. In the end it is the the employees that define them. Marela Luciano is an outstanding ambassador for Bank of America. She was an enormous help to me.

Can’t say enough about the excellent service at this branch. Isaiah and the branch manager went out of their way to help my in-laws open an account. Even stayed after closing hours on a Friday. Their dedication, patience, and respectful attitude were outstanding. Their service far exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Was not open on Saturday as is posted next to the door. ATM on the left swallowed my card and then went out of service. Horrible experience, has screwed up my weekend!
