Each time I come to this location it gets worse and worse. I don’t understand why they are always slow and inefficient. I honestly will never come back here. I only needed a new card and I sat for more than 1 hour it’s ridiculous. Customer service is always extremely horrible and they are very bias. This location needs ton of work if it will stay around. New people new management is extremely needed. I hate this location bad. It’s a disgrace how unprofessional the people are here and the wait times.
Terrible place . Had trouble with the ATM and the associate's said "we can't do anything" Well obviously you all can't she didn't know what she was doing when I asked for help. Not sure if they lack knowledge or wanting to work. They never answer the phones the wait is ridiculous. Don't recommend opening an account with them either. No stars
They have five cash machines but only one cashier on the front . I spend three hours to get a service.
This bank is a disgrace to all, the bank manger and those who work close to him or her needs to be trained. Clearly customer service is not a priority. This bank is not worth a Today they have a very short line with three customers, I was the third customer in line. They have 5 tellers working and I waited 40 minutes. They do not care if you are standing there or not.
Why isn't something done about the customer service here? ! I Have never had such a horrible bank experience. The teller seemed helpless. There was just 1 and about 30 people on line. In Bethesda you would never have that inept experience. Langley park deserves just as good or even better! !!
They ruined our day!! The worst bank I have ever been. Me and my business partner went there to add signature on our account. Julio come to my waiting swag after two hours. He was unprofessionally chitchatting with two ladies while I was seating for hours. He told me to draft letter and email him I did as he said but he never get back to me. Janet’s told me he said he’s not going to accept the letter. I asked why? She said I need a notary. I said let’s do notary here then she said we have to make appointments. They’re so frustrating and he started yelling at me. He even threatened me as mafia boss! Well, I asked myself where am I?
This is the most unprofessional bank i have ever been the manager have the only person in the window to stop an help her to deposit new accounts money a one star is a understatement waiting in line over 2 + hours and the manger refused to open another window to help customers beside that its hot in the bank
Slowest customer service. Had to wait 1hr25min to see a representative for literally 10mins work. Worst branch.!!
The worst branch!!. I've been a long client of bank of america. but costumer service is the worst. Very incompetent. They don't care at all.
If I could give a zero I would. I made an appointment on Tuesday to be seen on Saturday at 10:30am. I get here and they tell me there is no appointment on the system and that I have to wait and there are 7 people ahead of me. So unprofessional and just ruined my schedule for today.
