I went there today and Jullien took care of me. He was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and I had a lot of them without any hesitation. Also, he made sure that we don’t leave without having all of our issues completely resolved. This is one of the best experiences that I had at any Bofa centers in MA. Also, Michael, the manager and the associate manager in this location were extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend that you book your next visit at this financial center!
This is not just for Richard but for my entire experience with BOA. I went to open checking acct. and had to wait busy I understand then was rushed , thinking I had all I needed in packet I left. Once home I realized I did not have checks to start, not told that I had to order them but I did not even have complete checking Acct. number. Went back and ordered checks.Once again a wait. My checks and bank card did not have my correct name which was pointed out when I was asked for ID. I went back again and told them I was uncomfortable using my card and checks and was told they would take care of it. They never did and I did not use my acct. or have direct express put in because I could not use it. I am so disappointed in the Customer Service at this bank. I finally got a chance to go back to the bank as I am disabled and was to ill to go. I went to close out acct because it was nothing but a problem from the start. I was told even though the bank did not follow through with what they were supposed to do I was still being charged $12 a month and those fees could not be returned. It was an issue with the bank and banking staff and it ended up costing me not just money but a lot of stress. I plan on making this known because I do not want anyone to experience what I have. I have family in telecommunications, Social media but I will also use word of mouth as well as posting a review on your page.
Hi, I want to say I never rate or review anything, but a certain someone at this location really deserves it. The name of this employee is Myky, the customer service she provided was absolutely fantastic. Her and I had a great conversation; she made the process occur seamlessly and quickly. overall a great experience Thanks Myky.
Julian has helped me out a bunch since i moved to the area, he’s awesome. Everyone there is very friendly.
Worst service I have ever seen. They lost a 6k$ check on their atm machine but they don’t care about retrieving it… The lady asked me 10 times about the atm machine name. There are only 3…

I tried calling this bank two days in a row and the phone was never answered. I just wanted to check to see if this was one of the branches that carried temporary cards before i wasted time in their always long and slow line on my lunch break. Its simply outrageous that they don't answer their phones..
While my experience with BoA is positive, in general, this branch is very bad due to the 'human factor'. Thus, think twice before going here because slow and poor service is guaranteed.
