I absolutely love coming to this bank! Gissell is always so friendly, fast and personable, Ricardo, the manager, helps me with all my banking issues and Jo has the best customer service! I have to say, the whole staff at this location are always on point and it is never a bad experience when I come here. I would give 10 out of 5 stars is possible

It's a pity that there's no way to give ZERO to the customer service experience with this branch. First of all, the employee who answered the phone, for the request to transfer me to the branch manager employee started laughing is that something funny about this request?, but when FINALY BM answered the phone, I understood why the employee allows himself such a dismissive, humiliating and familiar attitude towards the customer! BM over the phone was incredibly rude! "I'm here not for your attitude!" That was the answer for the request to connect to the live person on customer service. That people, definitely, CAN NOT WORK on customer service

This is my favorite branch there always there when I need something always welcoming the only branch I usually go too love all my people there Ricardo is the best manager Gisell is so awsome and helpful Joe is always answering my questions they get me in and out so fast and efficient the only branch for me

The new remodeling/set up is awful, not very customer friendly. The customer service window yes a single window person helps all customers is hidden in the back which you can't even see. We were waiting there for 10 mins before we finally walked up and realized that we were next. I'm so happy I changed my bank. Terrible location, I hope they all aren't like like this.

So I tried to set up a business checking account-but due to the nature of my business marijuana trimming they wont give me one. Maybe nobody told them that Marijuana is 100% legal in the state of AZ. So I called the branch-unable to get a hold of anyone. The recording actually says nobody is available right now call back later :' So then I call corporate-where i talk to a guy named Christopher who says i'm not being discriminated against. I said if I was trimming hedges there would be no issue right? He said I was comparing apples to oranges. I said both apples, oranges and marijuana are legal in my state. He says no. I say can i get it in writing the reason I'm being denied. He said no. I ask for a manager-he says i'm being hostile. I wait 20 minutes for a manager-whose name is Mike Spinelli. Pretty sure ole' christopher didn't think i would wait that long. Then he gets back on the line and says the manager wont be available for 24-48 hours. Anyone wanna take bets that doesn't happen? In Arizona by law they need to tell me why i'm being declined.

Kristie and Andrea are excellent employees, unlike the ones at 7th street and Bell Road. Kristie even replaced the 3 Canadian quarters with US quarters which I got from Bank of America when I withdrew it by bulk. Excellent customer service!

Fuad and Maxwell were super friendly, communicated well, and were able to help address my needs in an expeditious manner. Great experience!

Why is no one answering their phones I've called 10 different banks at 1 o'clock in the afternoon does anyone exist. I'm getting nothing done with your Erica lady on your automated service. I have scheduled an appointment also with your website and still have gotten nowhere.

Typically have a good experience here. Today I was tiffed though. A lady had asked if they had a restroom, which I have asked myself in the past while pregnant, but the official answer is not for public use. Well this ladynot pregnant got to use the private bathroom...not very cool. Still will be coming here since the one on Hatcher is impossible.
