30 minute walk there 30 minute wait and only two rolls of quarters allowed. Ridiculous that I have to go to multiple banks for quarters.

This is always THE SLOWEST banking experience!! All i do is drop a rent check for deposit. It takes a minimum of half hour everytime, because there's only ever one teller and a big line of people. Just add one more teller! There are 6 windows! Waste of time coming here

f****ing horrible. Lasy people work there, how long it can take to open a f***ing account. I just wait for 1 hour, lasy Sylvia finish with customer who was opening account. Does even BOFA customer service read this reviews??? instead of having big mouth and being chatty do you f***ing job faster
