I was surprised at how well i was treated by everyone i talked to. Customer service was on point helped with everything i needed the 2 star rating is a joke

After 40 minutes waiting for a scheduled appointment, I was informed that the person supposed to meet me is going to be late.

The wait at this bank is abysmal, no matter what time of day you come here. It takes anywhere from 30 mins to an hour to make it to a teller. 15+ people at all times, sometimes lining up outside, and 2 tellers. Luckily, I only come here once every so often to get quarters to do laundry.
