It took 30 minutes for someone to speak to me but they did. Nice people too.

Worst merrill lynch reps EVER. I wanted to cancel my merrill accounts after dealing with the rep here. I got treated like I was not worth the guys time and as if my money was too small for him to even set up another appointment at the same location.

Went to cash a check and again one teller and 6 people on line at lunch time. Went to Cap One a block away and opened an account. Bank of America think they are pushing people to the ATM with less tellers but they are pushing them to other banks. Was a customer for 20+ years.

Not very friendly. Trying to kick you out when they feel that they cannot squeeze one more penny from you.
