The slowest service in any bank of america in the universe. I wish i would give them no stars.

Save yourself the time from going to this location. They dont know how to manage, specially the manager Ann. She definitely needs management skills. Does not know how to speak to customers or her employees.

There are two Latin ladies who not even look at who is there looking for help. Of course there is a reason why this bank has a very lo rate. People there in the bank, wake up, smile be polite ¡¡¡

We were immediately greeted by Relationship Banker, Ramata when we entered and even in the last 40 minutes of her work day, gave us cheerful, helpful service. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Customer service not good, the person in customer service, was having a conversation with a customer that had nothing to do with backing will few customers waited to be help ,the worse bank in America.

After waiting 30 minutes , they told me to come back after I hour
