Very long wait. Came in and one person at the window and another one ahead of me. The person at the window had up to 4 people working on the issue. The line grew to about 8-10 customer, still no additional teller. Avoid at all costs, unless you have an hour to spare.
There is usually only one teller handling a long line. They rarely add a secondary one. It is a daily occurrence. Doesn't seem like bank management cares to adjust their staffing. Meanwhile there are plenty of front of house people not doing much of anything. Terrible branch. I pity the tellers.
I despise this location. Always only one teller working and wait time averages between 10-20 minutes. Everytime!
