I love bank of america. I hate this location. Everytime I go in they can never help me. And this time they sent me over to AAA for a notary. Why are all the other banks helpful except this location.

Bank Manager told this older woman to go home they could not help her right now. They were too busy. WTF? I sat their and witnessed this. Bank of America just keeps getting worse.
This bank is old and needs to be updated. Bank falling apart. The one teller they have is not friendly at all. The manager and assistant manager are only nice thing about this bank.
Always closed when I need to go. Should be open till 5-6 at least some days. Also they are only open 3 hours on Saturday which is disappointing
