If you need to get anything done in a timely manner, it’s best that you choose a different location. I actually went down the street to UPS to notarize a document, and the notary said they receive a lot of clients from that location because the wait is so long. It’s quick and easy at UPS.

Would give 0 star if i can, as a Customer for BOA, come here to exchange currency Euro to Dollar waiting for more then 20minutes. No one know what to do. After 30 minutes waiting i left and still have my Euro with me. If someone need it just text me here :>

Extremely long waits. One or two tellers working while a guy who looks like a manager just walks around asking people how they are doing. Employees laughing with each other while customers wait in the teller line. Other reviews sum it up accurately.

Had some major issues while travelling through Atlanta, with fraud protection kicking in. Everyone here helped me with complete speed and professionalism. A huge help to get me back up and going with everything. They most definitely knew what they were doing!

Ashan Richardson was the easiest and most human person I’ve ever dealt with at a bank. He spent a lot of time helping resolve a very frustrating issue instead of giving me the run around like everyone else did.

Prepare to wait an unacceptable amount of time for any simple banking transaction. Always only 1 teller working, while 3 other employees sit and watch the line back up further and further. It’s unfortunate that customers are inconvenienced like this!

These folks don’t even answer the phone. Ok I went in there, there are some great women in there today. Today’s 1/18/2019
