Bank Of Hawaii

There seems a problem with their system, I had a savings account with more than the minimum required money but I am still charged with $5 monthly. I called them and informed the situation, they apologized and said to refund. It is a hustle honestly but thankful they refunded otherwise I'll move to other banks. Thanks!

Polite staff but a bit clueless. One employee tells us it's possible to remove a person from an account, then next employee tells us we have to close the account and reopen to remove a person. Teller lines are okay, the desk waiting times are ridiculous. Also, worst online banking system ever.

I'm never coming to this location again or opening an account there. One of ladies at the new accounts section was rude and discriminated me. Lacking customer service skills too.

We do our banking with BOH. We have been to most of all the banks in Oahu and truly the problem lies in BOH themselves wether in a branch or on the phone there is no customer service period and everything is lengthy. This bank has truly lost the “Aloha” in banking for Hawaii.
