I wanted to complain today and asked for the boss, The lady I was talking to and going to complain about then told me she was the boss. Soo I told her never mind she was rude, and treated me like if I was lost. I might check into other banks.
Avoid this branch, to you the branch in Rio Rancho. Their staff is much more customer friendly and more willingly to help with issues.
I've came to this bank a few times now and they have been beyond rude. They have no customer service what so ever. Went through the drive through when I was talking to the girl about my transaction she cut me off and walked away. I will no longer be coming to this location anymore.
