Bank's Oreck Vacuum and Clean Home Centers

Went here to purchase a new vacuum cleaner. We prefer Riccar and they are the only place in town that carries them. They were very knowledgeable and had a great selection. If you need to purchase a vacuum I would definitely recommend. I believe Josh helped us. He was awesome😊😊 They also provide an annual service for no additional charge for the model we chose. They have earned my continued business.

Had them come take a look at our central vacuum system because it had poor suction and he was in and out in about half an hour! Got the clog out, cleaned out or filter and gave me some great tips on maintenance for our system. Great service and super friendly!

Have purchased, several products here. iqair purifier, Oreck Orbiter and few days ago took my Oreck magnesium vacuum cleaner and traded up to an Oreck Elevate Conquer. Josh was very helpful , assisting in evaluating my options and ultimately I made a good choice

Brought in our older model Electrolux after having it "repaired" at another local shop. Needless to say the first shop ordered and replaced a part that did not fix the problem. The power head was malfunctioning. I went to another local shop (won't name it) and the man was so rude he basically told us to leave....won't be going back there. Within the first 3 minutes or less, the gentleman at Banks diagnosed the problem and spent quite some time on the internet to try to find the replacement part. He showed me the part and we checked it against our unit and he ordered right then after he showed me the cost of the part from the manufacturer. A reasonable charge for their shop was added. It was here in two days, they called me and they tested the vacuum and it worked great, just like new. We have been using it for a month now with no recurring problem. Sorry it took me so long to write this review. They definitely have our business! Very professional and thorough. Thank you!
