had a good experience so far

Front staff constantly said my name incorrectly even when corrected several time. Wait time was ridiculously long had to take time off work and the staff didn’t seem to care that my appointment time was important. Would not recommend this facility

They canceled my appointment with them the day of my appointment after I waited a month to get this appointment. They didn’t even try at least arranging an alternative. Heartless individuals, poor attitude on the phone, and around terrible institution.

Wow haven't even been seen by anybody from this place because I'm a new patient and already get rescheduled for another month out. Thank you so much for that. What is it with all these doctors scheduling departments and all their screw ups.

Facility is going downhill.

I had an appt today at Banner Health Medical Center. I was so impressed with Dr. Michelle Prestoza, my Nurse Elizabeth was so patient and kind. The Staff were all friendly!
