Banner Health Clinic: Family Medicine

Have come here for years and the reviews I read do not describe my experience here. The staff is great and very polite. The doctors are caring and take time with you and have always treated me like an individual. I like this practice and definitely recommend them!

Banner Seville is amazing!!!! The new staff is very welcoming and Dr. Jason Cheng and his staff are top notch doctors!!!! I love knowing that I can see my doctor knowing they will always be there to help me with my care

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! And the docs always have you come back like every 3 months if you want your prescription refilled. I’ve taken the same meds for years...I don’t need an appointment that often. All they do is take my money, take my vitals, and fill the prescription. So done with this place!

I've been a patient of David Valenzuela since Banner opened its doors in Seville. He's an outstanding physician IMHO; he's been right on every time with his diagnosis and I have a complicated medical history. I always prefer to see him first if I'm experiencing a problem or new symptoms; I take his advise very seriously.

You can call these people until you are blue in the face and they will never call you back. I found a more competent doctor after moving back home and need records transferred and can't get any of these idiots on the phone or even a call back. Very happy I moved back to NY. Keep AZ all to yourselves.
