BAO bar + asian kitchen

The food is good. I'll just start by saying that. It's fusion Asian cuisine and it combines a lot of different techniques for some interesting and relatively unique dishes. Service is pretty good, and the staff is friendly and on point. Ours was a relatively large party and it was well managed. It isn't an inexpensive experience however. Be prepared to spend Las Olas restaurant prices for food and portions that may or may not meet your expectations. Overall I liked the restaurant and was not unimpressed by the food, and I would recommend it for a night out.

I’ve been here 3 times over the course of the past 2 years. First time I had a horrible experience with service, second time we also had a bad experience with service and the food was not great at all. So tonight was the third time. Service was fine, but the food was still just not great in my opinion. Tuna poke tasted like tuna mixed in chemicals, the shrimp tempura tasted like those little mini frozen shrimp deep fried. I can make that in my kitchen. For the price, it’s simply not close to the quality it should be. Great location but all in all, not worth it. We won’t be back.

My experience was exceptional. I looked at the reviews and was a little iffy in going there but I am glad I did. Everything we ordered were exceptional, service was very good and the atmosphere relaxing. I will definitely go back and will recommend to my friends. Love it

We had a fantastic experience for a family-gathering. The food was phenomenal, the view outstanding and the service superb. It felt like a little getaway and I can't wait to try more things on the menu!

Nice place to hang out with friends or just to go with you better half. The food is tasty and not too expansive. The best part is the location next to the water.
