Was scheduled a sleep study and given no details about it beforehand. Not where I was supposed to go, what I was supposed to bring, literally no one told me anything about the sleep study. I refused to spend a night in a random place, if you don’t tell me anything about what is going to happen beforehand.

I called for two days to get a copy of my sleep study, once I got someone to answer she was very nice.   Was not blow away by the doctors.

We were given an estimate of the cost for the sleep study after our insurance and when billed the cost was double!
