Baptist Health Urgent Care - Little Rock

The care I received was good, but I saw two of the staff without masks on and the front desk receptionist had a cough. It is convenient and the nurse practitioner who saw me was great, but given the pandemic, I won’t be back since their mask and symptoms protocols seem lax.

The people here are always so fast and nice. They really make you feel like a priority. Waiting as in the waiting room is basically not existent.

My husband and I came into town from Oklahoma. Wouldn't you know it? I got sick. We came to this clinic and were greeted by some of the most kind staff. They gave us great guidance for where to get prescriptions filled and even talked a little golf talk with us! Absolutely a great place to utilize in dire need to feel better.

Been here a couple times, for a sore throat and leg pain due to swelling. Smart, caring providers and an efficient staff. Helps to make an appointment ahead of time but I've also just gone in and waited.

Front desk was on point! Very sweet and personable. Nurse Tammy was wonderful! She drew blood with no problems. Jennifer was sweet and kind very nice in helping me with getting medicine for my allergies.

Very Clean and welcoming. The staff are very respectful and Caring. I would gladly make this my primary care facility
