Delicious fresh food in a small family owned atmosphere. We really enjoyed everything we ate! And my little loved the pita bread! It was her first time trying it. It was not busy on a Friday evening, we particularly enjoyed that. But they deserve to be busy for how good the food and service is.
Man I'm so happy for my daughter finding this hidden gem! First of all the staff is super friendly! Thanks to Mr. Abdul for his happy vibes and energy! The food was ohhh sooooo delicious! And the baklava where pretty good too. Go ahead and give them a try!Food: 5/5
I want to give credit to my wife for this restaurant selection. I added some pictures for the background and be advised that lunchtime can be busy. It appears to be two sections to the restaurant, but only one is open for lunch. I will try to be accurate with the description, starting with the Lamb wrap or gyro. I made a slice for the clarity and has light seasoning, very tender, and wrapped with veggies. The fries are also good: crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The green leaves are seasoned and wrapped in rice with a white sauce. It is a different taste, but still good . The 5 piece falafel are crispy on the onside and warm on the inside. Both are healthy vegan options. The Lamb kebab has a nice combination of veggies, rice, and a tasty white sauce. Lastly, the hummus. It is a very filing, vegan option. With the bread or as a dip, it is good and filling. As parking goes, I would advise requesting 2 hours to allow for finding a parking space, possible waiting times in dining in, cooking time, table cleaning, and relaxing. The staff tries it's best to make every plate to standard, and it shows it in the quality of the food. Please enjoy. Vegetarian options: I didn't examine the menu for a pure vegan option, but I noticed that virtually every meal at least some variety, such as onions, bell peppers, and potatoes . I believe everything is customizable. Parking: As it relates to parking, the street is a little narrow, and I believe it is one-sided. On the positive side, the process is simple and inexpensive. Go to the website, add your vehicle, contact, and financial information. It's definitely more affordable than other areas. The app site is notated in the picture. I initially requested 1 hr and 15 minutes and with applicable fees: $2.85. Subject to change.
Cozy spot. Service is fantastic, very friendly and funny. Food was very good and lots of it. Well priced. My fries were a little late coming out so they threw in a free dessert too. Would recommendFood: 5/5
Got the Mixed Grill and Vegetarian Delight for a shared family style dinner and everything was so delightful and delicious. Flavorful and filling without being heavy. Intended to bring some home for a later meal but ended up eating it all in one go. Indulge and experience this food - you won't regret it Food: 5/5
We had brunch here and had the falafel plater and falafel wrap, which we found to be fairly tasty. It's not the greatest, but it was still nice, in my opinion. The aquarium is only a short stroll away. You can definitely go get takeout from here, but I wouldn't recommend going with your family because of the awful ambiance. Vegetarian options: Have clearly labeled vegetarian dishes. Parking: No free parking lot available.
The cashier was very pleasant, but I'm unsure if I truly enjoyed the food as it seemed somewhat dry to me. Additionally, the table I selected was not clean, although it may not have been the storekeeper's fault, as it appeared someone had recently finished eating and left the table in that state.Food: 4/5
The best shawarma place in ATL and one of the best places to eat around GSU. I walk half a mile from time to time just to eat here. The hospitality and charm of this restaurant goes beyond most around. I don't know if it's the owner who's the cashier but bless his heart for being outstanding and so positive. He's funny and gives customers free lollipops from time to time. Food is always great too, I feel like I'm getting what I paid for and the price is not as bad as other places in the area. For a good me I highly recommend going here, especially for GSU students.
Only place in dtown that opens on Monday and close to hotels. Great food very jolly and welcoming staff. They suggest options and cook food with heart. Great taste. Had sheesh kebab salad and hummus with bread. Food was hands down delicious and its Halal which is very best!!Food: 5/5
I got the chicken plate with extra salad and rice on the side. The chicken was moist, salad and toppings fresh, rice fluffy and not dry. The service was excellent and quick. Two men that were as hospitable and funny . I wasn’t there to dine in, just pick up. However all the tables were full at 7:30pm on a Wednesday evening, so the atmosphere had good vibes. Ohhhh and the garlic sauce, starts with “B” is a must on the chicken.
