I purchased a Teppanyaki Grill from BBQ's Galore and over time the ignitor lights that come on when the grill is lit stopped working properly. I made contact with Pete and Caitlyn at the Henderson NV location and they were very nice and assured me they would get the problem resolved. Pete was nice enough to make sure the grill was registered and they made contact with the company about getting it fixed. After a few back and forth communications Caitlyn called me and told me they were replacing my grill with a brand new one. I picked up the new grill with absolutely no hassles. Caitlyn and Pete were the best and are everything that is missing in the retail experience these days. They were professional and followed up with me each step of the way. I hope that BBQ's Galore realizes what an asset these two employees are to their business. I would highly recommend the store and especially Caitlyn and Pete. Service is sorely lacking in a world where we all want everything as cheap as we can get until something goes wrong, then we expect to get great service. Great service costs more money, but in the end spending a bit more assures quality and service after the sale. I will be a loyal BBQ's Galore customer going forward as service after the sale means everything to me. Thanks again Caitlyn and Pete for the best service i could hope for.
This is a follow up to my review a month ago or so regarding my $5K purchase, rotisserie issue and experience in general. My sales rep called back to offer me a rotisserie that would work with my barbecue. He apologized for the misunderstandings and said it would cost just $109 and he would deliver it to my home. I was pleased and accepted the offer. He came to my door the following week with the rotisserie kit. When I opened the door, he already had the main box opened and the internal boxes open that contained the other pieces of the kit. I immediately asked him if this was a used kit and/or a returned kit. He said it was not used or returned and only had the boxes open to show me all the parts. I was not convinced as I also noticed there was no manual/installation instructions. He said he could email them to me. I accepted the parts snd he left. I immediately looked at all the parts and immediately noticed that the rotisserie rod itself was bent/warped. This not only supports my suspicions of it being used/returned but also explains the lower price of $109. I let them know immediately with a phone call but said I’ll try to install it anyway but am concerned that it may warp further with repeated us if it will even work at all. Turns out I was able to install it and I did use it with a full small chicken. But I am still concerned of the bending over the long term. In summary, I appreciate their attempt to remedy the issue but the deceit and dishonesty frustrates the hell out of me! Just tell me it was used which is why the price is low, and if it doesn’t work that I can return it. For now, though, I am happy to have a rotisserie.
Excellent Service, Pete Knew his stuff about GMG pellet grills. I bought a Davey Crockett. He actually called about 2 weeks after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Service like that is hard to find a nowadays.
Ordered a $5k plus 4-burner grill with island/fridge combo. At the time of ordering I was also interested in the rotisserie but they were asking $150 for some flimsy rod and motor so I told them I’ll get it later. They then said I could get a universal rotisserie kit if I wanted to. Today approximately 2 months after the $5K purchase I call to order the manufacturer’s rotisserie. Now they quote me $250 and said admitted that they recently realized they have been quoting the wrong price AND product and basically cannot help me….after investing over $5K with them on a very easy sale, mind you. They also installed my island very poorly such that I could not put the cover on. THEN I found out that they sold me a discontinued product on which I paid a premium for! These guys are dishonest scammers! They’d rather not work with me over a $150 item after such a sale and they would rather risk a post such as this. Your business must be really in jeopardy of closing its doors.
Service man Pete helped by answering questions and info about what else would be available. NOT pushy! Comparable prices and good products.
Really not impressed. Went in asked a few questions was told very different prices. $700 variance. Prices tages all have sharpie theough them. Just didnt feel trustworthy so i ordered online.
Bought our Delta Heat BBQ from them and had excellent service. I never write comments but they were very customer-service oriented. They even delivered an item to us. Course we lived near the salesman but he offered and delivered. Totally will recommend them
I bought $5000 in merchandise about 3 years ago. Having a small problem that can easily be fixed went it made a appointment for a tech to come out. That was last Monday. No call no show. I called the office twice left a message no returned call. Disappointed doesn’t quite describe it. For the money you spend here the service should be impeccable!! Next time I’ll shop else where. Now you know. UPDATE 12-15-20 It did take a few months of going back and forth but bbq galore did step up and replace with a brand new unit.
Great customer service. I brought them an antiquated years old ignitor for my outdoor kitchen grill. They had a replacement in stock, gave me pointers on how to install it and even tips on maintenance for the grill. Will definitely go back again if need be.
Bought a Green Mountain Grill today. Pete and Diedre were terrific. Very helpful the minute I walked in the door. Explained everything, answered all my questions, loaded up and placed everything in my car. I looked all over Henderson and these guys had what I needed, and were very professional. Highly recommend!
